How to Join TDIN and Be a Member

The Toronto Drop-In Network (TDIN) is a membership-based network that connects drop-in agencies and allied community partners across Toronto. TDIN supports members through capacity-building, training, resources, advocacy and opportunities for collaboration and shared learning.

Membership helps agencies stay informed, connected and strengthened as part of a collective community working toward equitable, inclusive and welcoming drop-in and allied program spaces for all.

  • Access to funding opportunities that TDIN has successfully advocated for.

  • Sector-wide networking and collaboration, fostering problem-solving and the implementation of foundational best practices

Membership is subject to approval by the TDIN Steering Committee. The TDIN membership year runs from April 1 to March 31 and is renewed annually.

Before You Apply
If your organization is interested in becoming a member, please review below documents to see if TDIN is the right fit for you;

  • TDIN Terms of Reference
  • Impact Reports - outlining the work we have done to raise the profile of drop-ins and related services, advocate alongside partners and strengthen support for the essential work TDIN member organizations carry out every day.
  • Strategic Plan 2026–2028 which will guide TDIN's work over the next three years to ensure we continue building a strong, connected and responsive network.

To Apply
Please complete this Expression of Interest form to help us learn more about your organization, the services you provide and your interest in joining the network.

Application will be reviewed by the TDIN Steering Committee to determine alignment with TDIN's mission, vision, values and membership criteria.

What Happens Next?
Once your Expression of Interest has been reviewed and approved, TDIN will contact you with instructions to complete the membership onboarding process, including:

  • Completing the New Member Onboarding Form
  • Paying the annual membership fee
  • Setting up your organization profile on the TDIN website
  • Invite you to attend an orientation session

TDIN Member Support Coordinator will contact you regarding the status of your application and next steps.
